    No Parking and no customer engagement from the bearded bloke on the till. Yes you have one customer who is obviously going to be some time but try and acknowledge the customer behind as well, instead of staring mesmerized into the computer screen like a zombie. Even better direct the customer to the office where two further staff are having a friendly chat. Plenty of builders merchants about so won't be back to Palladium.
